We had a pleasant stay at a small hostel with friendly staff. Despite the small size of our room on the fourth floor, we immediately felt at home and secure. The staff went above and beyond by storing our belongings for a few days. The hostel was also surprisingly calm at night, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city.

I stayed at Memoires De Saigon for a few nights. The dorm room was surprisingly private with longways beds and curtains. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was a nice little balcony where I could smoke and it was a short Uber ride away from District One. The staff were pleasant and helpful, even when we had to wake them up for our early flight at 4am. I definitely recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and affordable price.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my recent trip to Ho Chi Minh City, I had the opportunity to stay at Mémoires de Saigon. Although my visit was brief, I found two aspects of this hotel to be quite commendable. its proximity to the nearest airport was incredibly convenient, as it was only 8 km away. This made it an ideal choice for a transit stay, allowing me to rest and recharge before continuing my journey. the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel made my stay a pleasant one, ensuring that all my needs were met.
There was one minor inconvenience that I encountered during my stay at Mémoires de Saigon. The mattress in my room had a distinct rubber smell, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.

The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was always clean, and the lockers were huge. The staff, Toan and Kahn, were super cool and helped us plan our day trips to the Cu Chi Tunnels and Bui Vien Street. We had a blast chilling in the lounge area and watching cable TV, it was mad fun!
Only thing missing was a party vibe at the hotel. It would've been epic if they had a rooftop bar or organized pub crawls for us youngsters.

The rooms at Memoires De Saigon are cozy and comfortable, with a seating area that makes you feel right at home. The flat-screen TVs are perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring the city. The private bathrooms are well-equipped with complimentary toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer, adding a touch of convenience to your stay.
Personally, I found the showers in the private bathrooms a bit small, but that's just my own preference. Others may still enjoy them.

I had a wonderful stay at Memoires De Saigon. the Double Balcony Room on level 2 and 3 was clean and tidy. the location is great and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. There is a Italian/steakhouse Cafe downstairs, which was convenient. the air conditioning worked well and the hot water in the shower was superb. the room was well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and utensils. the owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Cons: No issues whatsoever.

I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it felt like I was transported to a different time. The vintage furniture and lovely artwork created such a cozy ambiance. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, making it a pleasure to relax and unwind. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The hallways and common areas were spacious enough for me to navigate with ease, and the staff was always ready to assist me whenever I needed help.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to speak a bit more slowly and clearly. Sometimes, it was a bit challenging to understand them due to their fast-paced speech.

The location was great, close to the backpacker area and quiet. There was a Family Mart nearby which was convenient.
The hotel had some major issues. First of all, they would lock up the hotel at night with a padlock, which is not only ridiculous but also unsafe.

They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant night market and other trendy spots in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was like a cool little apartment, with a cozy terrace and a small kitchen. We even had a cute dog to keep us company!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere in the hotel. As young party-goers, we would have loved some more fun activities or events to make our stay even more exciting.
